(1) OFF Watch Winder.
(2) Clockwise only: 4.5 minutes turning, 55.5 minutes resting, and the cycle repeats.
(3) Counter-clockwise only: 4.5 minutes turning, 55.5 minutes resting, and the cycle repeats.
(4) Clockwise 4 minutes turning, 26 minutes resting then Counter-clockwise 4 minutes turning, 26 minutes resting, and cycle repeats.
(5) Clockwise Rotate 6 minutes, 24 minutes resting. (work 4 hours, rest 8 hours). Counter-Clockwise Rotate 4.5 minutes, rest for 55.5 minutes(work 4 hours, rest 8 hours). Repeat.
