  • What is processing time? This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment, including quality checks and packaging. It does not include the transit time with the carrier.

  • Our standard processing time for all in-stock items is 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: Costs for 3 to 7 Days. Flat rate Fast shipping: 39.00$

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We are happy to ship to many countries worldwide. Please be aware:

  • Customs & Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by us. We cannot estimate these charges; please contact your local customs office for information.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Some countries may have restrictions on certain products. We are not liable if a product is refused entry or held by customs.

6. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses

  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

  • We support our service members and ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail.

7. What If My Order Is Delayed or Lost?

While rare, delays can happen. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days or the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at sales@watcheswinder.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it for you.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which will incur an additional shipping fee.
